Oh no, I don't consider him evil in any way kek. He's a hoyoverse character and unlike Jade he doesn't go out of his way to manipulate the greedy and needy. I just think him being a condescending dick about people who in a similar position to him adds dimension to his character so I don't like when people downplay it.
