The slowest parts of Shippuden were the middle of the Gara rescue arc (After the reintroduction to all the characters and before the Sakura fight), the Tenchi Bridge arc (before Oro shows up), 5 Kage Summit (before Sasuke starts shit), and the 4th Ninja War(mostly the Zombie stuff, once Naruto gets to the battlefield it picks up)
