By 2040 there will be a new world order.
Before then we need a war that drags the US in and either they lose or they get too scattered and lose control even if the war itself is going great.
Civil war is long overdue between those that want to redistribute the wealth of the rich and those that wants to defend it.
Also not seen too much escapes of the rich to other countries to hide from this whole mess but it's coming.
