this is terrible advice. even for trans women on hrt age fucks us after our late 20s and it never gets better. twink death is real for actual twinks and trans women alike and hrt doens't do anything to prevent it. don't take this as a warning against hrt for people who need it but please don't take it if you're just a gay bottom trying to prolong your golden years; it doesn't work like that
