I unlocked rushing gale early on and it costed over 300.
Even if i misread the 80 pirce on the only 2 gold background cards, it is still 150 now. I Do Not have it bought at any version.
Unless Straightway Acceleration counts as a base for Rushing Gale, but i had access to Rushing Gale at the same time as SA (and i thought parent skill override next level skills until you buy them?).
