You can accept every single conclusion made in the Rind study, and still not support his proposal to differentiate between abusive and non-abusive adult-child sexual contacts in further research, as his study did not even compare voluntary and non-voluntary sexual contacts between adults and children. This was a suggestion made for further research made in the concluding remarks of his study, which was inflated by polemical accounts of the study, which you would know, had you actually read the study.
