he's already able to do well without her but you need to get good at SP managing to off set not having her, like saving ults of your other characters to trigger his FuA and get more stacks on his burst turns.
I'm personally still gonna go for e1 cause i want him to last me a bit longer once powercreep starts doing its thing next year
