I was willfully homeless bicycle camping every day through the entire winter in Western Washington. Toooons of rain, temps as low as 15 F. Didn't shiver once, never got soaked, stayed clean.
I did have a small storage unit which was vital.
Now I'm almost finished with an epic bicycle trailer rig and will enjoy the wilderness for as long as possible between resupply runs. I will have every modern convenience including a full kitchen and fridge, shower, handheld PC, 300 watts solar power total and 2.5 kwh of batteries, a high capacity pump water filter (with a smaller backup gravity filter) etcetcetc.
