Here's the equivalent for S2. It gets points for showing more provinces at once, and the specialty plus the wealth are good to know, but what can you do with this information? It doesn't tell you anything about construction or recruitment, so you still have to go through each province individually to see what needs to be done. RTR does the best out of any Total War game in helping you check your provinces with the minimum amount of time, which is the biggest part of empire management.
