Mualani is still a Natlan character. Considering since Sumeru they convince me to roll only few characters from entire rosters, and when I roll for character I want to go for signature too, doubt I will be able to keep up.

Skipping future characters most likely won't be an option anymore, because now they have precise mode to encourage you to roll for new synergies.
