SDXL has a few yaoi trained checkpoints that will do cock piercings/jewelry pretty well. Never heard of "Guiche" though, they are trained under the tag "Perineum". Enclosed picture made using HomosimileXL v4.0

But to be fair, perineum piercings themselves are not well trained, and function best with other cock related piercings.
