im not a Tourist per se, I played the OG shadowverse when it first released then quit around the time of...the patch that added the Machine people (I think its portal by todays standards). I have over 600 hours logged and I was very active for the first month or so of the games release.
Until now I've mostly been swapping between Master Duel and MTGA for the past few month. Master Duel is iredeemably shit and im angry at myself every second I play it. MTGA is SLOWLY getting to Master Duel levels of imbatrash, at least standard is. the Final Fantasy set was solid and its probably the most I've ever drafted in a set.
I can already tell im going to quit this game sometime soon. the card pool is just so shallow. theres like NO fun or interesting directions you can take any deck due to the lack of half decent neutral cards. Legendaries are busted and swing the board in your favor almost the second theyre dropped so the more legendaries a deck has just the BETTER that deck is which makes budget decks feel fucking incomprehensibly awful and pointless to play. they also kinda fucked over bloodcraft which was my favorite craft because it had all the cool demon guys now all we have are lame vampire/succu waifubait.
idk. game kinda feels mid.... also the UI is a fucking claustrophobic mess and the "Park" system/dueling at tables seems pointless addition (yo SF6, can I copy your homework?). theres like 5 different kinds of missions and events all layered and hidden its so annoying.... the gameplay brings me back to like s1 Hearthstone though which is nice.
