that's the funniest part in those electric shower heads. they actually come with a ground connection but 99% of the time, the shitskins that install it don't bother with having a ground wire installed in their bathroom at all, so they install the shower head with the ground wire just dangling around unused. to them it doesn't matter, because the voltage coming from the shower head gets decreased by the resistance of water so much its unnoticeable, unless you stick your head directly over the shower head, it gives a weird tingling feeling at worst. the worst scenario in that case though is the heating element failing and plugging 120v or 240v directly through water, instead of using that energy to heat the water it would just electrocute you to death probably. i bet it's even worse if a lightning strikes and you decided beforehand to sell your house's lightning rods for cough syrup or malt liquor or whatever people do in places they install those horrible showers in
