I don't dislike vtubers themselves, they are streamers playing a character at the end of the day. What I don't like is the whole obsessive culture that surrounds vtubers, you're either in or out, with no room in between.
I think the whole inclusion in-game is funny even if it's immersion-breaking, but this is Kojima we are talking about, he loves his wacky shit, DS2 is full of it, and this isn't the first time he's included animay into his worlds.
