It's not tourist oriented like Japan. This means you have to discover the cool spots yourself and barely any "tourist traps". Very little partying or anything like that. It's very chill and everyone is friendly and will talk to you. You can easily see most of the country just going on a single high speed rail line down the island. Don't go if you want to drink or fuck but go if you like vibes.
