Probably an example of a hypogonadal colt.
Unless receiving testosterone treatment early on, he'll probably develop into a softer stallion, put on more weight around his rump and thighs, lack muscle tone, have smaller testicles and penis, will probably produce very little sperm, and might also develop slightly enlarged teats (gynecomastia.) He will probably most likely experience emotional irregularities, depression, and anxiety due to his hormonal imbalance.
On the positive, he will have a beautiful mane much longer into older age compared to his peers. My preliminary prognosis would lean towards Klinefelter's or Kallmann syndrome. A full hormone panel and CMP along with CBC is recommended. Look for elevated LH and FSH levels, along with low total testosterone for primary hypogonadism diagnosis. (Longer limbs and shorter torso, along with the other primary hypogonadal traits can be telltale signs of Klinefelter's syndrome.) Look for low to normal LH and FSH levels, low total testosterone, and high estradiol for diagnosis of secondary hypogonadism. (Olfactory impairment, along with the other secondary hypogonadal traits is a clear indicator of Kallmann syndrome.)
Rumble will face some challenges throughout his life, especially if he doesn't receive treatment at all or too late. This would mean his quality of life will be somewhat lower than his peers, especially when it comes to sexual wellness and emotional well-being. But, if the signs are noticed early on, and if he begins proper hormone treatment, he will have a fairly standard quality of life, comparable to his non-hypogonadal peers, and develop into a fine stallion indeed.
