The full sized photo that the news article in OP's image uses has Sydney's bare feet in it. However, the person who made the article (and pretty much all the other articles on the subject) chose to crop the photo so that you can't see her feet. This is a common phenomenon among non-footchad men as observed by Abby Shapiro.
