This is not a normal costume for Sue Storm. It was introduced in the 90s and was controversial specifically because of how tacky and out of character it was, and didn't last very long. You're being misleading if you're trying to present that as typical for her. The First Steps movie one is based on their first costumes albeit with white accents instead of black.
