I bought a set of adjustible dumbells on a whim but I don't really know what to do with them. This is what I normally do as a bodyweight routine:
>Pull ups
>Pistol squats
>Decline push ups
>Pike push ups
>Leg raises
>Plank
What dumbell exercises can I add or replace these with? My only equipment is a pull-up bar and rings, don't have room for a bench.
