This guy (Mozu) is another artist I really like who drew really nice Mio's. I think he was the first Strike Witches artist I followed since Mio was my favorite Witch when I first got into Strike Witches.

Shame he doesn't draw Strike Witches anymore either. Mio looks great with her hair down.
