Reloaded that old save and found him again, he doesn't move, he doesn't turn, he wasn't a problem to beat, I just lost to him because like I said I misclicked but that misclick led to the battle becoming actually too hard due to the alert level increases so I had to reset, it only cost me ~5-10 minutes of time so I can't complain too much
