Man, im kinda tripping. Was reading your post, and when u say at the end "I have itching all over my body except my penis and bottoms of feet and hands" I went and googled this thing.
I had this shit around 2021, I'm unvaxxed but worked as a teacher in a medical place where 100% of people as vaxxed, I had to lie my way to unvaxed for years.
Anyway, long story sort, I had this thing covering all by body, except my face, palms of hands and feet, dick, and thats it. 95% of my body was covered by this shit. Im a healthy dude, never had medical issues before. This happened when i was like 37.
I went to several doctors and dermatologists. they tested me for siphilis, prostatitis, and everything you can imagine.
Pretty sure at this points doctors knew this was MCAD, after seeing the pictuers I was like "wtf, this is what I had".
On another note, my case was super extreme, dunno how ure, but I was FUCKED, suicidal even. The otch was extreme all over the body, and the whole thing took like a month to leave.
Only thing that helñped a but was covering my whole body with Aloe vera. Hope it helps bro, stay strong.
