Nips didn't discover Tolkien until D'n'D in the 80's newfaggot. And as they originate from an island chain in Asia, to the east and not off the coast of Europe to the west, they by default didn't tell tales of the kindly old wizardman giving the Hero the call to adventure, that spawned the tropes such as "a wizard in robes" when a magic-user appears. Until you accept they're an entirely different culture to you and thus will never share your mindset, I'll keep repeating it for the simple gays, mad the franchise ignores what gay people think or want.
