Clavicle lenght still grows till 25. You might be not old enough for a wide frame/ shoulders.
Male average clavicle lenght is 15.6cm, you measure them in a straight line, not following curvature.
Its basicly the same shit as dick size, under 20cm/ 8 inches you are doomed.
