IX1 was the start of breaking Acura/Roro apart with making the latter GV's slut daughter instead of Asimov's loyal daughter, and turning Acura into a cardboard cutout of his past self except now he's eliminated his racism because for some reason Tai thought that was a good idea. It also made Roro job horribly to try and make Kohaku look better. The latter has been a consistent tumor on IX, to the point they refused to make a popularity poll for IX2 because they knew "Kohaku" would be a slam dunk winner by virtue of being the only character allowed to have a personality and full development.
