Pitchfork is for when you need to conserve ammo (which admitedly often happens when you pitchfork start), it takes forever otherwise (even when you know the best pitchfork starts) when a single shotgun alt shot kills them and sends them flying. TNT is for when they are in packs

well the napalm launcher annihilates most things in one shot so I only mentionned it for Gargoyles because I'm not sure many people use it for them. It's satisfying to lend a shot when they're flying about.
