Half because people shat on one of the best modern (and imo FF as a whole) games in the series, and the last FF along with LR that had some soul and wasn't just a product trying to sell you noodles or Game of Thrones. XIII-2 was objectively a step in the right direction and I refuse to argue with people that didn't play it.
