You could become so troublesome that a nation would negotiate, yeah probably. The imperial legions operate as phalanxes supported by trebuchets and wizards, so the DB could just shout at them. Whirlwind Sprint alone negates a lot of the strength of how the empire fights. The DB alone is not going to go around destroying every city, but you could do it enough times to get a king to ask you what you want in exchange for stopping.
As for deadric princes, a lot of their power is indirect. Throughout the franchise, we've dueled avatars of Jygg, avatars of Sheogorath, Molag Bal himself, Molag's children, Vermina's husband, and several other noteworthy deadric individuals. But the player character rarely gets to create a pocket dimension or empower a large number of cultists across the globe. So it's not quite a direct matchup. But yes, essentially we've shown to beat up deadric princes or their avatars or their family on multiple occasions. But I wouldn't go as far as to say we're outright more powerful, since they do things the various game protagonists haven't shown to be capable of. They're more a cosmic force, we're a more worldly force.
And of course the time we killed Molag Bal, there was a very long list of people helping in that, it wasn't 1v1.
