most times if you mention to a 2 girl group you just went on a date with 1 of them the other gets hurt and loses hearts. Nanami and Honoka after the firework date, Fiona or Tamaki after the rain date, I haven't done Elise or Misaki route but there's a scene after the stargazing date in Chapter 15 with the 2 of them so that might cause some jealousy.
But Tamaki and Elise .. Elise doesn't lose hearts, Tamaki gains hearts, if you dated her.
But yeah Elise says nothing after Tamaki reacts to Elise hitting on you in front of her.
Elise and Tamaki don't compete with each other for exclusivity, They just both want to be involved.
