It doesn't. I have RTX off since my machine can't run it well and that exact same scene became progressively brighter if you waited on it specifically because they were slow on the lighting or something. The entire afterstory with Lupa was riddled with weird technical issues though, there were so many jutters after certain transitions, and I don't mean framerate jutters I mean actual scene jutters back and forth for like a second.
