My husband is nearing obesity, he’s 6’5 275 pounds. He works out a lot and has lots of muscles but he has a good amount of fat in his stomach and he doesn’t care at all about his health and his heart is working so hard at his young age he won’t reach 30. He called me a useless idiot yesterday because I refused to make him food cause his doctor said is no good. This is what he normally eat in a day
Breakfast
>8 eggs sunny side up
>20-30 pieces of bacon
>entire loaf of white bread SATURATED in butter
>(sometimes the entire load is French toast)

Lunch
>a tuna salad
>entire board of antipasto (prosciutto, salami, capicolla)
>1kg of Greek yogurt filled with honey
>snacks like cookies or like or an entire McCains Cake
Supper
>elk or Normal steak
>6boiled potatoes
>steak and potatoes has melted cheese

Then before going to bed he’ll have like more cookies and another pint of Ben and Jerry’s
