Which part? The ending screeching vocals are pretty close to raw yelling, so not sure what you are talking about in regards to good vocal technique. If you are talking about the throaty metal vocals, they are pretty fantastic, I like this guy a lot, although hes ever so slightly monotonous in his delivery over the course of an album. Hes too focused on staying in his "style" to provide a consistent identifiable effect, which is just limiting and turning yourself into a gimmick. Vocals "styles" are just techniques, and each one should be used when you feel it most appropriate, only people like Attila seem to grasp that.
