It would be so thematic if the money and resources from TOPS is shown by Zhao having access to Gears in Shiyu and DA.
To show she is Voidhunter tier, but she won't have a special element like Ink and frostburn.
She will just have the extra TOPs gear she could use everywhere.
That would be a good way to indicate TOPs has power and resources.
