Number two: I'm a 3rd world dweller so the local money is worth 1/12 of a dollar, euro pound or whatever you guys have over there on top of not having much disposable income, there is no welfare around here. If you wanna calculate how microtransactions are for losers like my just multiply any price by 12, would you buy this skin for $240 Mr Denton? because that's how much I'm paying for, perhaps more since only around 10% of my income can be considered "disposable", and that's with a 9 to 5 job.
