ShikkinSchool X, the original was just CGs but this is a fully 3D remake, the whole goal is to take photos of various girls in various different situations (ie. "Haruka wetting herself while at the blackboard", "Yuko peeing in a toilet", "Kaori peeing on the floor", etc.)
There's no actual reward for snapping a photo beyond simple completionism, but it's quite fun because of how one situation can directly affect another.
For example: I wanted to try to get the school nurse to not be able to go to the bathroom because she's too busy dealing with other girls' bathroom problems. I therefore blockade the teacher's restroom and one girl who shows up with a full bladder every morning tries to go but can't, leading to her wetting herself down the line. However I also blocked Kaori, one of the teachers, from going to the bathroom, and because of some items I left in her classroom that I forgot about, she didn't have an opportunity to go to the bathroom again for several hours. I meanwhile bullied one of the students, Nozomi by putting up "Cleaning in Progress" signs around every bathroom she wanted to go to and she ended up wetting herself because I spooked her while she was trying to pee behind the school's stairwell.
As for Kaori, when she finally had an opportunity to leave, it seems she figured she couldn't make it to the bathroom and snuck away to the laboratory class instead and pissed in one of the sinks (picrel).
