Yes, There are a lot of examples of literally buried buildings and what not. The guy from understanding conspiracy calls it the mud flood but sometimes I wonder if that flood was of blood as described in revelation, and or the flood that the dragon spewed from its mouth in revelation. Maybe a combination of both? Regardless, there does seem to be a recurring theme throughout history of civilizations literally being buried. Archeology really hasn't even scratched the surface of what I believe is buried under our feet. And The bible literally describes Sheol being a place under the earth. A lot more going on in the oceans and underground that we are not being told about openly.
