Does Honkai Star Rail have the absolute coolest villain faction in gacha?

Like... the Floptui have absolutely nothing on these guys.

Why does HSR have full complete designs of characters multiple years into the future like the Stonehearts, the Lord Ravagers, the Genius Society, etc but all our big lore characters are still voices coming from inanimate objects 6 years in?
