No, no misunderstandings. I would talk to her like she's a child then pat Mica on the head and ruffle her hair and thank her for bringing my lunch and send her off with a smile so the co-workers come to the conclusion she's my daughter. I'll spin yarns to them about the silly antics she gets up to and this "wants to marry her dad" phase she's going through, I say she's "just a kid" not knowing she was in earshot and she runs out of the room holding back her tears. I understandably chase after her and manage to catch up to her in the parking lot and grab her by the wrist.

She pulls her arm back and the force slams me into the side of my car setting off the alarm, then she pounces on me, holding me to the ground. I beg her to calm down and try to explain myself but she won't listen to reason and she reaches around my throat and squeezes. Her eyes seem to glaze over and when she lifts my head, intending to slam me into the pavement I take the opportunity to fight back using a 2-pronged attack. I give her a big smooch on the lips. Instantly her grip loosens and the colour returns to her eyes and then I plunge my tongue into her mouth and manage to defuse the situation with our tongue pro-wrestling.
