Since you are new and cute, here are some tips:
>manual Red Hood and fire into the environment objects as fast as you can, not the enemies. She has pierce so try to line up as many objects in the shot as you can. This generates massive burst; you can have your first burst within 2 seconds of the stage starting if you hit in the right spot
>every stage has a non boss section, and then the boss section. 99% of the time, the boss section won't start until the final enemy is killed. Leave it alive and intentionally put everyone into cover. Use this time to let RH burst come back if you need to, heal by firing Naga shots into environment objects, and most importantly shooting Crown's gun and getting her up to 19 stacks of her invuln skill. When ready kill the final enemy
>wait until the boss enters the stage, then uncover everyone. Crown's taunt and invuln will go off, protecting everyone. Use RH B1 here and also her B3 (her skill allows this once per stage) and focus only the boss, with the goal to kill it before the burst ends. When you get Rapi, use her B3 instead
>often the non boss wave is harder than the boss one. Remember you have RHs b1 to help push through a hard spot, although you won't be able to use her B3 for the boss after that (which is why you really need Rapi or OL Alice). In fact, a common meta strat is to make RH the only B1 and attempt to finish the stage in 3 bursts total, where you do 2 in the non boss section, cover with 1 enemy alive until it cools down again, then try to kill the boss in 1 burst
