There is your issue, friend. Your "mixed friend" - statistically - didn't have a father himself. He was probably the "mixed" child of a nonwhite absent father and a white woman.
Not only did he never learn how to be a father - but he is genetically predisposed to NOT CARE ABOUT HIS OFFSPRING like Whites (and, admittedly, Orientals).
