Meanwhile, Senran Kagura was from the start a series centered around the uniquely Japanese moe culture/phenomenon and is explicitly catered to a niche subculture based mostly in Japan. Western tastes never factored in at any point in its creation. This is why west-facing platforms all hate it, it exists fully outside their influence.
