Its not really. Its just that events like that are more fun with friends or a group of people to do things with.
It'd be one thing if I could just mingle with a group and hang out with them all weekend and then go home, but just kind of meandering from event to event or game to game would be a little meh.
Unless I was competing or something. Then it probably wouldn't be so bad.
