More like the most costume-y country. It's like they're all cosplaying around in the streets as runway models. None of those clothes look organic. It all looks really tryhard and attentionwhorish. Also, most of it is just bullshit athletic wear. That's how hobos used to dress in the 80s, 90s and 2000s.
Only this guy in the checkered shirt looks somewhat normally dressed, like a regular guy you'd find anywhere in America during mid-late 2000s.
