For the Finns, yes.
For the Swedes, no.

The swedes have already finalized the AK24 (pic) as their new standard infantry rifle.
They'll most likely also pick a new 7.62x51mm DMR, but that's still in the testing phase.

The Swedish contract rifles suffering form hangfire issues aren't prototypes in the test phase, the prototypes all worked.
The rifles having issues are from the first batch of mass produced rifles.
