how come nobody wants to provide the know how to iran how to get the nuclear weapons? I mean, iran has cash, if there was a will to provide them with the know how, that could have been arrenged. Most importantly, I dont understand russia that is stripped for cash. They could sell the atom technology alongside with the key components to the persians. I dont understand what's stopping them.
