The financial assistance that Ukraine gets doesn't pay government employees, it is used to help keep critical infrastructure going and it is tied to stringent controls and conditions.
The reason this war started in the first place is because Ukraine was bettering itself which also meant reducing corruption and this of course inevitably lead to reduction of russian mafia state influence because of which these niggers chimped out, because russia does not accept Ukraine existing as an independent entity not under their control.
The "problem" is that Ukrainians do the following:
They take a look at Belarus and see how things go there
They take a look at Poland and see the pros and cons of their ties to "the west" instead of under the thumb of the russian mafia state
They conclude that they do not want to live and (be) goverened like Belarus and instead want to pursue their own path and economic diversification and less state corruption amidst it.
There mus be an end to the so-called "russia", it's nothing but a crab-bucket wannabe-empire and has nothing to offer this world; it only takes and destroys.
