american boomers live to terrorize the successive generations. they live to berate and dehumanize any employee who they are a customer of because they are in a position of slight power over them and know they're forced to endure whatever verbal abuse the boomer wants to give them unless a manager comes around to tell them to leave, which they usually dont do because they know it will just cause an even bigger shitstorm with the boomer who will then call corporate and badmouth the manager
