I feel the same as you anons, and I'm what one would consider a "gamer".
As much as I like videogames and movies, I find that when I do shrooms or weed I would much rather focus on the effects of trip rather than a game or film.
There have been a few times I have played hunt showdown and team fortress 2 while high, and watched some jojo's bizzare adventure with a buddy. I become incredibly immersed and sure it IS a fun time, but it makes the trip go by so much quicker because you spend the entire time focused on the movie or game.
