She's still a UR.
But right now her best role is supporting weak fleets in campaign stages before w13, and in your OpSi mob fleet. Basically babysitting ships you're leveling up. I guess that means she might get a lot of use. It's just not very exciting.

She doesn't have enough AA for w13 or w15, and w14 and 15 require backline protection, which she doesn't do.

I saw people experimenting with her against Kawakaze META, but you're usually better off with Eldridge instead.
