This is a country that gets its butt kicked by EVERYBODY who goes to war with and it's been like this for 2500 years.

They eliminated the shelters during Reagan's Presidency, to pay for more gibs for Dem programs.

I would suggest finding a nice hole, cave, tunnel, or at least a shovel in lieu of those shelters.
